Lake Marlo also supports the educational mission of Liberty Ranch. Students can learn about ecology, water systems, conservation, fish populations, weather, drought planning, and responsible land stewardship through real-world observation.
The lake gives students a chance to see how water, agriculture, wildlife, business, and sustainability all connect.
Liberty Academy
Liberty Academy is the educational heart of Liberty Ranch. Located near Pawhuska in Osage County, Oklahoma, the school is designed to give students a strong academic foundation while connecting every lesson to real-world experience. From the classroom to the garden, greenhouses, lake, cattle operation, retail facility, and event spaces, the ranch becomes a living laboratory where students learn by doing.
